Snapshot-based activity vs. Instagram's native activity log
Instagram's own in-app activity log covers your own actions on your own account, such as likes and comments you made, and is only visible to you when you're signed in. A public-profile activity tracker is a different, more limited thing: it compares external, publicly visible follower and following data across two points in time. Neither one shows another person's private activity or profile visits.
