iFollowTracker is a public-profile research interface. Its useful unit is a dated observation or the difference between equivalent snapshots—not a promise of secret, private, or perfectly chronological Instagram data.

Product and access

What does iFollowTracker do?

It separates public Instagram research into six views: recent follows, new followers, possible unfollows, profile context, public story availability, and structured follower exports.

Do I need my Instagram password?

No. The current interface does not ask for an Instagram password or connect to an Instagram account. Do not enter your Instagram credentials into an unrelated tracking website.

Is the current tool using live Instagram data?

No. Every current result is sample data. A compliant, documented, server-side provider must be connected before live public lookups can launch.

Profiles and privacy

Can the tools access private Instagram accounts?

No. iFollowTracker cannot bypass private profiles, direct messages, Close Friends stories, blocks, age or region restrictions, or other Instagram access controls.

Can a story viewer reveal private or deleted stories?

No. A public story check is limited to media currently available through the supported public source. Expired, deleted, private, or restricted stories are outside scope.

Can I request removal?

Yes. Visit the removal request page and provide enough information to locate and evaluate the relevant public username or URL.

Followers, following, and accuracy

Are recent follows listed in exact chronological order?

Not necessarily. List ordering can vary. Repeat dated snapshots provide stronger evidence of change than one row’s current position.

Does a missing account prove an unfollow?

No. It is a possible change signal. Username changes, blocking, removal, deactivation, deletion, suspension, and snapshot coverage differences can create a similar result.

Can the tool show an exact follow or unfollow time?

It can record when a change was observed between snapshots. That observation window is not the same as an official Instagram action timestamp.

Exports, pricing, and support

Can I export my own Instagram data?

Meta offers an official “Export your information” workflow for account owners. That first-party archive is different from a limited public-profile research CSV.

Are paid plans available?

No checkout is active today. The pricing page shows a proposed plan structure that may change before launch.

How do I contact iFollowTracker?
